This 7-night package offers an introductory yet comprehensive experience of Ayurvedic healing, focusing on rejuvenation and holistic well-being.
Inclusions for 7-Night Package
- Accommodation: Superior Rooms (With Terrace).
- Dining: Full board with Ayurvedic meals. General menus consist of vegetables, fish, and fruits (Ayurvedic Menu). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served as a buffet or set menu.
- Traditional Ayurveda Therapy: This includes 2.5 hours of treatment per day.
- Yoga: Two one-hour yoga sessions per day on 6 days of the week.
