The Aparakka Trails
Pioneered by Hareendra, the Aparakka Trails is a fledgling hiking path through the thickets of southern Sri Lanka, bustling with endemic flora and fauna. Untouched and remote, the trail offers a unique and once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Aparekkka is a beautiful and remote village nestled in the dense forests south of Sri Lanka. It is in fact the birthplace of Mrs. Sirima Seneviratne, our founder and the esteemed mother of Hareendra, in the year 1935. Rich with culture, untouched by industrious hubbub, and blessed with luscious flora dense with fauna, it is the perfect place to experience the real Sri Lankan life away from the tourism industry. Embark on an epic journey through paddy fields teeming with peacocks, fragrant cinnamon gardens, and pepper plantations. Explore the wide varieties of animals and plants found nowhere on the entire planet. Stop by a small makeshift boutique hut for a cool sip of king coconut, straight from the fruit, while you catch your breath. Experience this once-in-a-lifetime adventure exclusively with Hareendra.
