Sirima Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a licensed travel agency registered under the laws of Sri Lanka. We organize tailor-made and pre-designed tour packages including transport, accommodation, excursions, and other travel-related services.

Booking Conditions
Sirima Lanka works with a variety of third-party service providers such as hotels, guides, and transport operators. Therefore, in addition to our terms, the terms and conditions of those suppliers also apply. These can be made available to you upon request.
By making a booking through us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers. Violations of supplier terms may result in booking cancellations without refunds, and any additional costs incurred will be charged to you.
All services advertised on this website are subject to availability. None of the content on the website constitutes a contractual offer. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of your written confirmation and advance payment.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once Sirima Lanka receives:
- A written confirmation from you via email.
- You are financially responsible for all uses of this website.
- A deposit of 35% of the total ground handling charges.
Final payment is due not later than 42 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Methods
We accept:
- VISA and MasterCard (subject to applicable credit card fees to be borne by the customer)
- Bank transfers (all bank charges to be paid by the customer).
All payments must be made in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.
Failure to make payments within the agreed time frame may result in cancellation of the booking, which will be communicated via email.
Cancellation Policy
To confirm your booking, a 35% advance payment of the total package price is required. Of this, 25% of the total package price is considered a non-refundable deposit, covering administrative work, supplier coordination, and service preparations.
- If you cancel 90 days or more before the scheduled travel date, you may request to apply the non-refundable 25% portionas a credit toward a future booking with Sirima Lanka, valid for up to 12 months from the original travel date. The remaining 50% (from your 75% advance) will be refunded.
- If you cancel between 61 and 89 days prior to travel, 50% of the total package price will be refunded.
- If you cancel between 31 and 60 days prior to travel, 25% of the total package price will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before travel arenon-refundable.
In cases of genuine emergencies - such as natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances (with verifiable documentation) - Sirima Lanka may consider additional flexibility or partial credit on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: Some supplier-specific cancellation terms (e.g., hotels, excursions, or domestic flights) may override our general policy. These will be communicated to you during the booking process if applicable.
Force Majeure
Sirima Lanka shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, wars, political unrest, or governmental restrictions.
Changes to Itinerary
By Sirima Lanka:
- By Sirima Lanka: We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g. hotel overbooking, road closures). Any change will be communicated to you as early as possible. If replacement services are of a lower value, a refund may be applicable.
By the Client:
- Requests for changes will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges depending on availability and supplier terms.
Special Requests
Special requests (e.g., dietary needs, preferred room types, or accommodations for clients with special needs) must be communicated at the time of booking and confirmed via email. While we will make every effort to fulfill these, we cannot guarantee their availability.
Liability
Sirima Lanka acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by the acts or omissions of suppliers.
Liability for issues arising solely from services directly provided by Sirima Lanka (such as tour planning or airport pickups) is limited to the amount paid for those specific services.
Insurance
All travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, personal liability, and loss or damage of personal belongings.
Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to travel. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician regarding vaccinations or special medical requirements prior to your trip.
Complaints Procedure
If you encounter any issue during your tour, please immediately inform our local representative or contact us via the emergency number provided in your travel documents. Complaints not reported during the trip must be submitted in writing within 7 days of tour completion. We will do our best to resolve the matter amicably.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
